The visionary game developer, the mind behind the wildly popular franchise Call of Duty, has died in a vehicle crash in Los Angeles, California he was 55 years old.

The tragic news was verified by Electronic Arts, the parent company of Respawn Entertainment, the video game company that he helped create.

The renowned video game developer lost his life when his automobile collided and caught fire on a motorway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, as reported by.
