Squad Updates

Manchester United make a couple of alterations following last week’s victory away to Liverpool. Šeško starts instead of Mount, who drops to the bench, and the match-winner Maguire misses out entirely, Yoro replaces him in defence.

Maguire picked up an injury in midweek sessions. Malacia returns among the substitutes in 2025-26.

Brighton & Hove Albion make one alteration after their 2-1 home win over Newcastle. Likely a defensive move, bringing in De Cuyper replacing Gómez, now among the subs.

Danny Welbeck, ex-United player that lifted the title during the 2012-13 season, comes back to Manchester with great momentum scoring four in three, exceeding his tally from 15 prior games.
